I’m Panagiotis Meliadis, a photographer and digital marketer working between Greece and Luxembourg. For the past years I’ve been helping real estate companies, hotels and Airbnb owners transform the way their properties look online — and how they perform.
My work is driven by one simple belief:
a space becomes desirable the moment its story is told the right way.
From marketing to photography
FROM GRADUATE TO SENIOR
Before FrameEstate, I spent over a decade working in digital marketing, branding and content strategy. I learned how people decide, what captures attention, and which visuals make a real difference in bookings, view-through rates, and conversions. Photography came as an extension of that world. Not just images — but visual communication with purpose.
Today, I bring both sides together:
creative photography + strategic thinking.
I work with real estate agencies, hotels, developers and short-stay hosts, creating visual material that helps people understand a property before they ever step inside. My focus is on photography, video, aerial imaging and floor plans, offering a full set of tools that present a space with clarity and intention. Every project is approached with consistency and a strong sense of responsibility, with most deliveries completed within twenty-four hours. This combination of speed and precision allows my clients to move quickly in competitive markets, knowing their listings will always appear at their best.
My background in digital marketing influences the way I work. Before picking up a camera professionally, I spent many years learning how people browse, evaluate and decide. That experience shaped a different approach to visual content — not as decoration, but as communication. Every photo and every frame must serve a purpose, whether that is increasing bookings, improving the perceived value of a room or presenting a property in a way that feels trustworthy and honest. This blend of creativity and strategy is the foundation of my process.
When I enter a space, I try to understand its natural rhythm: the direction of light, the geometry of the room, the textures that define its atmosphere. I work with clean compositions and subtle adjustments, always balancing accuracy with a refined aesthetic. My goal is not to transform a property into something it isn’t, but to present it in its strongest, clearest form. Editing is kept thoughtful and minimal, ensuring the photographs remain true to reality while still feeling warm and inviting. This makes the final result more authentic, more reliable and more appealing to the viewer.
Different properties require different sensitivities. A hotel room demands calmness and balance; a modern apartment calls for structure and precision; a countryside retreat asks for warmth and emotion. Understanding these nuances is part of the work, and it is something I truly enjoy. Every location has a story, and discovering that story — then translating it into images — is a process I find deeply rewarding. It challenges me to look closer, think differently and adapt my approach each time.
What I love most is the connection between a space and the person who will eventually choose it. A photograph can create that connection instantly, offering clarity, comfort or inspiration. Seeing how a well-captured image helps a property succeed, how it supports a host or an agent, how it shapes someone’s decision — that is the reason I continue doing this with the same curiosity and commitment every day. Each project is an opportunity to reveal something meaningful, and that keeps the work alive and exciting.
